1. Soak in a warm shower or bath for several minutes so skin softens.

2. Hold one end in each hand and draw the strap across your back in slow side-to-side passes, covering upper, mid and lower back.

3. Build pressure gradually to your comfort, then rinse away loosened skin.

4. Pat dry and follow with a hydrating body lotion. Use 2-3 times a week; rinse the strap and hang to dry.
